Ben was born and raised in Bakersfield, California.
He attended the University of Southern California, studying Business Finance. Ben is an entrepreneur, starting and participating in numerous business ventures, including cattle & sheep ranching, cattle feeding, packing house operations, marketing & sales activities that focused on Europe and the Pacific Rim Countries, oil and gas exploration, hedge fund management, banking, and consulting services. For the last 10 years, his focus has been in providing technology applications for the residential mortgage industry. Ben has developed a substantial level of expertise in marketing various types of products and services. At the present time, Ben's goals are to meet the needs of Argosy's ever-expanding client base, and to continue to expand Argosy's successful presence in software technology sales and marketing.

Charles was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
He graduated from Texas Tech University studying History, Music, and Finance. While he was in college and since his graduation, Charles has been involved in Information Technology, hardware and software troubleshooting, website development, sales and marketing of legal services and software for municipalities, and SaaS technology sales and marketing. Charles has developed a strong working knowledge of the methods businesses can use to develop successful social media back-channels and expand their presence, and has offered services in this area as a consultant to businesses who are looking to expand their online presence.
